2. Programs & Classes Rooted Recreation offers homeschool physical education programs and related products. By registering for a class or program, you confirm that the participant meets any stated age or skill requirements and that you have read all program details prior to enrollment.
3. Payments All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase or registration. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Class/program registrations: Refunds are available if cancellation is requested.
- Sale items are final sale.
5. Liability Waiver Participation in physical education programs involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Rooted Recreation, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
6. Health & Safety Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate. Rooted Recreation reserves the right to remove any participant from a program if their participation poses a safety risk.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site - including program materials, images, and text — is the property of Rooted Recreation and may not be reproduced without written permission.
